To setup the recurring credit card payment:
First login to your account from https://www.harddrivehotel.com/products/clientarea.php
As your email firstname.lastname@example.org, is the current main account holder, you will need to use yours to login to the system.
Once logged into the account, you will notice a navigation bar that starts Home, My Details, My Products & Services, etc.
Click on My Details. Then select the Change Credit Card Details.
After you have entered your card details, please ensure to hit save changes.
If the card is not in your name, you will need to add the cardholder as a New Contact. – select Add New Contact.
The address listed must match the exact same billing address your credit card company has on file, or the system will decline your charge. Again, please ensure to hit save at the bottom.
Final step, if the Card Holder is not yourself you will need to select My Details again and at the bottom using the drop down menu select the correct Card Holder as the Default Billing Contact.
Once the card details are updated within your account you can select My Invoices and then view the specific invoice for payment (a new window opens) and then select Pay Now.
