First, you want to go to www.google.com and type in the Google search box “What is my IP address?”. Once you do that you should see your public IP address. Remember or write down that IP address.
You will then want to go to www.harddrivehotel.com and log into your account from the Client Area and choose the "My Services" Link. Then click on the “Product Details” button to see the details of the product or service in question.
On the “Product Details” screen you will then want to scroll down the window and click on the “Unban IP” Button.
Once you click on the “Unban IP” button, you will be brought to screen where you can insert the public IP address that you got from Google.
You will now see a window to where you can insert the public IP address that you got from Google earlier, one it is inserted into the textbox just click on the “Unban” button.
